Remote Assistance

In some cases, it is possible to help you out through a direct link to our office, so the problem can be solved quickly. To do this, you need a functioning internet connection. We can then access your computer or laptop from our location. It is at all times possible for you to disconnect and end the connection. There is no security issue as this is all done in a closed environment.

Costs:

Establishing the connection costs €4,00. The charge is €1,19 per minute.

How does Team Viewer work?

1. You click on the button below and fill in your personal information. Then you can download the program.

2. You receive an ID code and a password. You give this to the help-desk employee.

3. The employee now has control over your computer. This way we can solve the problem from our office instead of having to come to your home.
